All shipments are mailed in very nondescript packaging to prevent any indication as to the contents contained inside. Depending on the method of delivery the package will either be a plain white envelope or box, a standard Priority mail envelope, FedEx packaging, Express mail envelope, or plain brown box. Same Day Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) from our Southern Nevada operations facility except on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day. All online adult DVD orders received before our designated cut-off times are sent out that same day. Same day shipping also applies to all Rental Plan shipments. The same day we receive your Rental Plan DVD returns back at our facility, your next available queued up selections are immediately released to ship out the same day. Purchase orders containing back-ordered selections can also be optionally split during checkout to accommodate immediate shipment of your available items.

International customers are responsible for knowing their own local/country restrictions. XRentDVD assumes no responsibility for any associated customs fees or seized shipments. In order to reduce the weight and size associated with shipping adult DVDs internationally, we offer the option to omit the plastic DVD case(s) from your order. During the checkout process, international customers can choose to have their new or used adult DVDs shipped with or without the plastic cases. Orders shipped without DVD cases qualify for low cost shipping. These shipping options are only available on international orders.

Shipping Rates
Preferred Plans - Preferred Plan customers pay NO shipping on ANY of their rental DVDs. All shipping charges are included in the low monthly membership fee of the enrolled plan. The envelopes that you receive your rental DVDs in also serve as your pre-paid return mailers.
Weekly Rental Orders - By offering various shipping options under our weekly rental program, our customers have control over their delivery timeframe and shipping rates of their orders. Customers placing weekly rental orders can take advantage of our low cost shipping rates on the delivery methods provided below regardless of the size of their order:

Weekly Rental Shipping Fine Print
These shipping rates apply to WEEKLY RENTAL ORDERS ONLY. If you have purchases in your cart in addition to your weekly rental items, your shipping costs will be calculated and listed during check out.
Due to the size of the shipping envelope, there is a 10 disc limit per rental order (Note: Some rental titles come with 2 or more discs and the extra discs count toward the 10 disc limit).
Weekly rental shipping rates are calculated on a "per order" basis.

Rates on our other shipping methods offered including USPS Express mail and FedEx shipping options are dependent on the weight and destination of your order. Individual shipping rates are provided during the checkout process.

Purchase Orders - We also offer numerous USPS and FedEx shipping options for our customers purchasing new/used DVDs. Shipping options and prices are dependent on the weight and destination of your order and are provided during the checkout process.
Free Shipping Option
Domestic purchase orders are eligible for FREE USPS Media Mail shipping. Simply place your order online and select the free shipping option during checkout of your order. Media Mail orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery from the date of shipment. (Free shipping CAN be used on combined rental and purchase orders. In order to do this, You must select the "Organize shipments to reduce shipping costs" option during checkout.)
Sales Tax
In accordance with applicable law, we are required to charge sales tax in the state of Nevada where the shipping facility for XRentDVD.com operates. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order during checkout.
Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You may also pay for orders with a money order or bank check (NO personal checks will be accepted) according to the following guidelines. We accept cashiers checks or money orders for purchases of NEW or USED items. If you wish to rent items from us you must still have a valid credit card on file with us before we can accept any cashier's check or money order as form of payment.

If you would like to purchase titles from us while paying with a cashier's check or money order, please do the following:
1) Process your order on XRentDVD.com until you reach the final page to determine your order's total cost. **Nevada residents please add 8.15% sales tax to your order total**

2) Mail your money order along with a copy of your state issued identification card and a signed note certifying that you are of legal age for your state to:

PLEASE include with your note the correct email address for your account so that your money order will apply to the proper account.

3) Once we receive your information we will apply a store credit to your account and you may finish processing your order at that time (**Used items may not always remain available at the time of purchase since they may be removed to fill other inventory needs**)

Please note that since we are making an exception from our normal methods of processing orders, we suggest that you send your method of payment via a shipping method that provides tracking information.

XRentDVD is not responsible for any payments lost in the mail.


Order Policies
Customer Returns
XRentDVD guarantees all NEW DVDs sold from our warehouse. These items are bought directly from the manufacturer and studios. If you experience a problem with a NEW title and it is defective, we will replace the title with another NEW identical item free of charge. If the item that you selected is currently unavailable, then we will either issue a refund for the item or a store credit. Store credit applies to anything on the website and does not expire.

If you decide that you want to return a NEW item that you have purchased but have not viewed, you may return the UNOPENED DVD to the address provided below:

This item is subject to a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund for shipping costs. Once the item is received back to our warehouse, we will issue either a refund or a store credit. It is necessary to contact customer service in order to receive a RMA# for any returns. You can contact customer service at CustomerService@XRentDVD.com or by calling our customer support line at (720) 492-7447 M-F 10 am - 5 pm PST (excluding the lunch break) and we will be happy to process your return.
Failed-Delivery Returns
Any orders returned to our facility in which the post office or FedEx was unable to deliver due to an error on the customer's part will result in the customer being responsible for any additional shipping charges for the item to be resent. All orders should be verified thoroughly before being submitted to XRentDVD.com. We do not assume any responsibility for items not arriving due to a shipping error on the customer's behalf.
Canceling Orders
Due to the fact that we try to expedite your order as quickly as possible, we will do our best if you need to cancel an order you have already placed with us on the website. Please understand that we will attempt to do everything possible if you would like to cancel, but if the package has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order once it has shipped from our warehouse. You may contact customer service at CustomerService@XRentDVD.com but we highly recommend calling our customer support line at (720) 492-7447 M-F 10 am - 5 pm PST (excluding the lunch break) for time sensitive issues. Any cancellation requests made on Friday after 5pm PST will be handled the next business day on Monday.
"Inventory Hold"
XRentDVD customers may purchase items that are not currently in stock and our purchasing department works diligently to fulfill these orders in a timely manner. In the checkout process you will be prompted to select whether you would like to ship the order once all titles are available OR to ship the items that are in stock and have the remaining DVD's remain on "Inventory Hold" on a separate order. When splitting orders to accommodate the immediate shipment of available items and a later shipment of "Inventory Held" items, please note that individual shipping charges will apply on both orders. Most items can be procured by our purchasing department within 3-5 business days, however out of print and discontinued items may require additional time to obtain from our vendors.
