All the way from El Paso, Texas, jessica drake entered the world of adult after being "discovered"
by director Michael Raven during a Miss Nude Texas pageant. After months of shooting for many men's
magazines and doing soft-core work, she shot her very first hardcore movie, leaving the industry
spinning in her wake.
Even before she was an official member of Wicked's creative team, jessica had appeared in
some of the company's most impressive productions, including Brad Armstrong's "Dream Quest" and
"Falling From Grace," and Jonathan Morgan's "About A Woman," for which she received an AVN
nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Prior to this, she'd received many other AVN nominations,
including Best New Starlet 2000, Best Couples Sex Scene 2001, Best Supporting Actress 2001, Best
Tease Performance 2001 (which she won), Best Anal Scene 2002, Best Girl/Girl Scene 2002, and Best
Group Scene 2002. 2005 saw her setting a record of 11 AVN nominations, 2 of which she won- Best
Actress and Best Oral Sex Scene Film.
As a crowning achievement of the year, jessica was just chosen as the official host of the
2007 AVN Awards, to be held on January 13, 2007 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
A unique feature about jessica drake is her choice to not use capital letter when spelling
her stage name. jessica drake using all lowercase letter is a trademarked named owned by drake and
she believes it helps differentiate her from the thousands of actresses working in adult today. |
