Interview Date: July 3, 2017

In the world of porn, the MILF performers just seem to have their shit together more than others. Call it age and wisdom or just plain old maturity, but the handful of the MILFs in the porn industry definitely lead by example. At the top of the list of the MILF list is Alexis Fawx. Not just because she is scorchingly hot, brings an ass load of energy to her scenes and an all around fun gal, she has her head screwed on straight. Not to say it didn't take some hard life choices to get herself to the level where she is at today, but Alexis Fawx is on top of the world and has the porn industry to thank for it. An advocate for personal responsibility and self-reflection, Alexis Fawx is not a buzz kill either. And did we mention that she loves sex and porn and everything sexy? In this exclusive interview with XRentDVD's Big D, Alexis Fawx dishes on how hitting rock bottom before getting into porn prepared her to be the happiest she has ever been. In addition, she also reveals her excitement of being offered an exclusive girl/girl contract, her desire to be a world traveler and when will be the right time for her to do her first on-screen anal scene.

Big D: You're in Las Vegas right now. Is that home or is it just you're traveling all the time and that's a temporary home?

Alexis Fawx: I actually just moved here in December from Miami. I've kind of made it my home now and I'm really loving it. Traveling all the time from Miami was daunting. I couldn't take my dog you know? I was missing my dog. It's much easier going back and forth to LA from Vegas because I can drive with my dog. Everybody's asking me, why didn't you move to LA? My answer is: 1) state income tax and 2) the housing market is absolutely insane. I want to have a backyard. I don't want to live in a studio apartment. It's just not my life. It's good for some people but it's just not me. Also it's quiet here. I know it sounds funny. Everybody thinks that Vegas is wild and crazy but where I live in the suburbs right outside the strip. Everything is outside the strip. All these little suburbs. I can hear the birds chirp. I just bought a hammock yesterday and I freaking love it. It is awesome. I was just sitting on it last night since it was cool enough with a little bit of a breeze and it was amazing. My own slice of paradise, which is really nice. Miami was great too, trust me. I was there for 17 years but it's always good to have a change.

Big D: Do you find now that you've just recently relocated to Las Vegas, and you said commuting to LA is not that big of a deal, do you find that with more production studios filming in Las Vegas or is it primarily still in LA and Southern California?

Alexis Fawx: I believe it's primarily still in LA and the Valley and stuff like that but there are production companies or producers and directors here in Vegas. It's definitely awesome too. I did that obviously in Miami because I often shot in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. It's really nice to be home and be off to work today. I can go shoot and do your thing and then you get to drive home and that's exciting for me. I like that. So yeah, it's really cool. (laughs) I think there's more companies here...maybe not. I don't know.

Big D: I've done a number of these interviews with porn stars, and some of them still live back in the Midwest or wherever. They'll just have their agent, or if they do they're own booking, they'll book themselves for a week straight. They'll either stay in a hotel or an AirBNB just work, work, work for the solid week. Then they'll go back to wherever they come from and have their normal life there. Do you do that or is it because Vegas is so close...I'm not saying that you're going to commute daily to LA but...

Alexis Fawx: I block things out. I'm a little OCD. A bit of a control freak. For me, I like balance in my life. In order to create balance I like ... I do go to LA and I usually go out there for at least two weeks. Very rarely do I go out there for a week. If I go out there for a week, it's because I spent a week in Miami shooting. Or I spent a week somewhere else shooting. I'm usually in LA two weeks to a month. Since I'm taking some time off, I'm actually going to be in LA for three weeks at the end of July. I work, work, work and then I come home and take some time off and rejuvenate. After a couple days off then I'll reset. I'll stay another week here but that week will be open to work here. Does that make sense? I'm always constantly active in some way or another. Plus I've started shooting my own content so it helps if I'm at home around my own stuff. I could set up and that's another reason for coming to Vegas. Here I have a whole house. I have an office. I have a shoot room/web cam room/guest room/whatever room. If I have a friend coming into town or coming here to shoot, they can stay here. I also have a guest bathroom and a front room that's sectioned off to shoot in. I have things I can do here as well and then I'm working towards my own site. I try to have or create a little balance, have a little time off, have a little time to work from home and then go to LA or wherever I need to go and travel. I love traveling but I also love being at home. I get a little antsy if I'm at home for too long and I'll get a little too antsy if I'm traveling too long. So I have a little bit of both.

Big D: Let's say you travel out to LA for a week or two and you're working because that's what you're there for... Do you find that because it is a physically demanding job that after the week or two weeks you need to get home? Not necessarily because you're homesick or you want to take a break but is it because it's physically demanding work? You're a porn star. You're not pushing paper at a desk all day.

Alexis Fawx: I purposely try to shoot four or five days. If I'm in a block, I like a block of four or five days and take the sixth day off. I then book another four or five days and take the sixth day off. I then book another four or five days while I'm out there. That way I have a little rest in between. I like that because it gives my body a little bit of a break and you have to honor your body. I want to be able to perform at my ultimate level. I don't want to come to set on my 15th day dragging my ass like I can't move my body because I've been shooting for 15 days. That can happen where we get put in the angles and the positions that sometimes we get in and we're in it. We're having fun and I'm a very active person. That's why I take a few days off when I do come home. To give my body that breather to say, "Okay, I'm going to take a little break." Get it all together. Rejuvenate, rest and then I can come back at full force.

Big D: When you're shooting on those days, you say you'll do about five days or so and then you take a break. Is it pretty much just one scene a day and depending on the filming, whether it's a feature or whatever it is. Sometimes with features you're obviously on set for sometimes 12 or 14 hours but some of the gonzo scenes...

Alexis Fawx: Yeah, it just depends. Sometimes I've shot two scenes in one day. It doesn't happen every day or every week or every time I go out there. You might have a blowjob in the morning and then a boy/girl in the afternoon. At night or whatever, that's easy. (laughs) Or you might have a girl/girl later or whatever. That's happened but I would say that's probably rare. It happens once in a while. It's not even really occasional. Then if you have a feature then yeah, some of those features are longer days because you have dialogue and they are a lot more into movie production, hair and makeup. They're definitely longer days. I like having both. I like doing the gonzo and I love doing the features. I think I'm just one of those people. I love the variety of it.

Big D: I know staying physically fit is highly important to you. Do you find that you need to build in some time before you shoot during the course of the day, you need to go to the gym or whatever your routine is?

Alexis Fawx: Oh yeah. I automatically do that. Absolutely. The only time I might not go to the gym before a scene is if my call time is eight o'clock. I automatically get up at six a.m. and I like to sit and have a coffee, have some quiet time. It sets my tone. If I have a script, I pull out my script and start reading it. It's six a.m. Nobody is calling my cell. Nobody is texting me. Nobody is emailing me. It's nice and quiet so I can just be at peace. That's a really nice way for me to start my day. I don't care if I have to get up at 5:30 to do that. I'll get up at 5:30. Having a peaceful morning is very important. After I've had my coffee then I go to the gym and I work out I come back, shower and head to my scene. I do that pretty much every single day that I work (laughs) For me, exercise is so important. I'm a high energy person and if I don't get that energy out in some way or fashion, then it's just going to come out in a bad way. I'll be spastic or something. It just helps me to stay on a nice even level. I think exercise gets all the neural transmitters going. I think I probably exercise more, obviously for looks obviously, but more so for how it makes me feel mentally. I feel mentally stronger and I think anybody that exercises is going to be mentally stronger, emotionally stronger and definitely physically stronger. It is so important for everybody to get out there and do something. Of course we're all at different levels, whether it's walking or jogging or whatever. Just find something. Find an activity. To me, I love it. I'm big time for that. I also take time off from that. If I take time off form shooting, I take time off from working out. Those in between rest days, your body needs to rest. You have to honor your body and understand and know when it's tired and when its had enough (laughs) and when it's ready to go.

Big D: You just mentioned that you're a high energy person. Do you find that by naturally being that high energy person you get that energy out via exercising. But at the same time, we'd already mentioned that porn is a physical activity. Do you think that that has translated to your success because you are such a high energy person and you can bring that high energy to a set or to a porn scene?

Alexis Fawx: I have endurance and I think exercise plays into that too. It energizes me. I cannot exercise at night because I will not sleep. So I get energized. I'm mentally stronger. I'm ready to go and plus exercising and staying in shape gives me the endurance for those harder more energetic scenes. So yeah, I think that does help in my success. I can ride! (laughs) I guess it does help. It just makes sense. Who was I talking to? I was talking to another performer and we were saying we're like sexual athletes. We prepare our bodies for the performance and we want to put on the best performance and have this great activity that happens and the passion. Maybe I'm a sexual athlete (laughs).

Big D: Staying on the exercise idea here, did you find that as you got older you discovered exercise or was exercising and keeping your body in shape something that you did when you were in high school? Sometimes people in high school, they can eat fast food and take naps all day and they still have a rocking body. What type of person were you?

Alexis Fawx: People are going to hate me after this, I have an alien metabolism. I eat clean and healthy because I like it and I feel it makes me work more efficiently but I have an alien metabolism. I could eat anything I wanted when I was a kid and I can still pretty much eat anything I want and maintain a decent figure. Exercising for me happened a few years ago when I made huge life changes in my life. I just completely turned my life completely around and in that change, my health was most important and how I take care of me. Exercise became a good part of that. It was a great outlet for things. At first, I exercised to get my body in shape and to start eating right because I believe there are three ingredients to a happy life. I kid you not. I truly believe this. Nutrition, exercise and sleep. If those three things are all in somewhat balance, you're going to feel great. You're going to function at a higher level. If one of those is thrown off, it's going to throw off all the rest. If you don't sleep well, you're probably not going to exercise which means you have lack of appetite. If you have a lack of appetite, you're not going to sleep well. So it could be this revolving circle that people put themselves into. I just changed everything. I make sure my nutrition is on point. I make sure my sleep is on point and I make sure my exercise is on point. It does get thrown off with some travel schedule and stuff but I get right back on track. I don't want anything to throw me off my main goal in life.

Big D: You had mentioned that you had to reset and re-enter and refocus. What was that turning point? What was that seminal moment that made you take a step back and re-evaluate and then make these changes in your life?

Alexis Fawx: Everybody has a story and I'm just going to make it short without going into detail. I kept falling on my face, not figuratively. I hit rock bottom per se. I realized I put myself in that position and at the end of the day, everything is your choice. You choose to hang out with those people. You choose to take whatever. You choose to do this. You choose to do that. If you end up falling on your face and hitting rock bottom, it's because you chose to be there. Maybe it's because you don't care about yourself or you don't love yourself or you have issues with yourself. Whatever those things are that led you there - until you work on yourself and work on the root of that problem and really love yourself and be patient, you're going to continue down that path and eventually you will die. I decided when that happens to me, when that happened to me, when I was in that moment in time and it just fucking came to me like a ton of bricks. I was like holy fuck! Then laughter came and I became happy and that's when I changed everything. I changed all my friends. I changed where I was living at the moment. I changed my entire life, my outlook, what I was grateful for. I was grateful for everything. I forgave people and that means you had to go befriend them again. Forgiveness frees you from burden. Sitting down and talking with elders and Shamens and really working on who I am as an individual just really was profound and changed everything. It really proved to me that anything can be possible if you put your mind to it. You can change anything. You can change your environment. You can change your attitude at any moment. I think our environment is a reflection of us. We're not a product of our environment. Our environment is a product of us. At any moment and time you can change that. It's just you need to think how can I do it and take some time to do it.

Big D: A lot of people tend to blame the porn industry for making people make bad life choices. I've been working in this industry for over 10 years now and it always seems like porn gets the blame for somebody making bad life choices because it exposed them to drugs and alcohol or exposed their addictive personality.

Alexis Fawx: Oh, I made all of my bad decisions and bad life choices before I even entered porn. Porn and seeing myself on camera made me think, "Wow! I need to make better life choices so I can look better on camera. So I can perform better on camera. So I can be a better fucking person and get myself out of debt and pay shit off and live comfortable and get myself out of the fucking hole I dug myself into." So I don't blame porn at all for anything. I made all of my bad choices way before that shit. I'm grateful for porn. I'm grateful for the choices I've made. I'm grateful that I went to the Dancing Bear and I decided to do the blow job for more money. That it led me to my first scene with BangBros in MILF Soup. People need to stop blaming other shit. Take responsibility for yourself. You chose to be where you are today. I guess I've always taken responsibility for my actions so I don't... I get so tired of people blaming everything else. Well? Come up with a solution Change your shit around. If you're miserable, change it. That's all I've got to say No one talked you into doing it so why are you complaining about it?

Big D: It's so refreshing to hear that because it seems like in today's society, nothing is anybody's fault. Nobody takes responsibility for themselves...

Alexis Fawx: Oh yeah. The proof is in the pudding. If you look at my stuff from 2010 and you just simply look at me as a person and my body to compare it to where I am today - it's two different people. It's because I saw myself and I said, "Wow! How many people are seeing me like that? Wow. I need to make some changes." I want to be a positive influence that people are going to listen to me. I want to encourage other people to straighten out their lives, to eat better, to sleep better, to exercise. I want to be positive. If you look at my tweets, I try to be as positive as possible. Sometimes I'm a smart ass because you know, you get weird tweets from people. I'm a smart ass but I just want to project some type of positivity. Hopefully I do. If don't or I am lacking in it, please let me know and I will do better. I get irritated when people blame everything else. At the end of the day, you made a fucking choice to be there. You always have an opportunity to walk the fuck out. Don't be scared.

Big D: Take us through that. Most people might not know your story. You were in the Air Force and then you went to college and after worked as a paralegal. You got a contract with BangBros pretty much as soon as you got into porn. So why don't you tell us a little bit about that progression of essentially from high school and then working and how you got in and then you took a break and came back.

Alexis Fawx: (laughs) That's a long story. I swear I've had so many lives in one life. It's strange and I'm sure there's other people that feel the same. I don't even know where to begin to be honest. I mean that's a hard question. I think that would have to be we'd have to sit down in front of each other and just let me talk (laughs). Can you narrow it down a little bit for me? What do you want me to go into?

Big D: Why don't you just start with how did you go from not being in porn and then making that first decision to get in and do your first scene?

Alexis Fawx: I've always been a porn watcher. I'm super sexual. I've always loved sex. I remember being 16 and totally being a complete tart. Just hitting on men that were way too old for me. I loved it. I was all about sex and dirtier and crazier. I used to sneak and watch my uncles porn and all kinds of shit. I wasn't working at the time and I just saw this Craigslist ad and I thought that it would be cool. I've seen live sex shows before so this isn't like anything I haven't seen. This is pretty cool. I want to be a part of it. So I went and showed up and they went through a laundry list of things. Like if you show your tits you make this much. Kiss a girl and make this much. They were only going to do blowjob that day. They weren't fucking. So when I got to the blowjob, I was like fuck! I didn't even think about it to be honest. I've given plenty of blowjobs. I've just given them all for free. Fuck yeah, I'll make some money out of it and I think I'm good. I've been told I'm good. (laughs) So my hand flew up and before you know it, I was doing a blowjob on camera and that was it.

Big D: So it was just a spur of the moment?

Alexis Fawx: Yes. Pretty much.

Big D: How did you end up getting hooked up with BangBros and working for them exclusively when you first entered?

Alexis Fawx: I use to drive the Bang Bus with Bryce and Parker a lot. I use to do the Bait Bus for them. So I did a lot of non sexual stuff for them and then it just kind of happened shortly after I was in the biz. I worked with them a lot.

Big D: You also took a break from porn. Was that because you you needed to make a lot of changes in your life like you mentioned earlier?

Alexis Fawx: Oh no, that happened before. All that stuff with changing and everything, that mainly happened before [porn]. All the massive changes happened before and I'm just gradually making myself a better person. Stuff like that kind of happened as I started to see myself in porn and you know, just kind of developing an awareness that you can really influence or have an effect on a lot of people at one time. [I realized] how important it is to look healthy and be healthy. Not to just look the part but also be the part. Does that make sense? I don't believe in that shit. Either you walk the talk - I'm more of an action person. You can talk someone's ear off but I want to see action. I took a break because I needed a break. With BangBros you tend to work with a lot of amateurs day in and day out. The contract ended and I just needed a break from working with all the amateurs. I was not sure really what I wanted to do and I kept up with my webcamming. That's how I supported myself. I never retired or anything like that. I just didn't shoot. I webcammed my ass off. I paid my bills. I paid 100% of my - I got a degree in massage therapy. I got my license while I was taking a break. All paid for that through webcamming. So anybody who says they don't know how to make money, just web cam. I still web cam today. It's just fun, exciting and an easy way to make money from home.

Big D: Sorry to break the news to you, but not all of us look like you Alexis. It's not as easy to do that.

Alexis Fawx: (laughs) Okay. Okay. I get it. All right. I get it. (laughs)

Big D: I'm sure if I decided to start webcamming, you'd be making way much more money then I would.

Alexis Fawx: You need to stop. There is someone out there for everyone, Mister. There is someone that you are their diamond. Hey, I'm not everybody's peach you know what I mean? There's someone for everybody. I think everyone is beautiful and that's something I recently started doing is randomly complimenting people, especially women.

Big D: Did you have a set time table of I want to take X amount of time off and the I'm ready to return? Or was it, "I think I'm ready now to get back into it and start shooting more actively"?.

Alexis Fawx: I wasn't sure. I was just going to let it flow and let things happen the way things has happened. That's kind of how I like to do things.

Big D: How did you know when you were ready to come back?

Alexis Fawx: It was just a good point. I finished school. I was working on clientele and creating a niche market. There were also some other changes that were made in my life. It just seemed like the right moment. I asked a friend if I should consider coming back and she said "absolutely". So I did. I went to Puerto Rico. I went to Peru and did some stuff in Peru for a month. Then I came back and I've been at it since. I love it. I feel better now then I did before. I feel like I came back even stronger.

Big D: Did you get pressure from studios or even fans asking when are you coming back?

Alexis Fawx: No. At the beginning of my career, I was working in Miami so a lot of people in LA hadn't really heard of me yet. I was just always shooting in Miami. I heard more from fans and a few companies here and there.

Big D: So how is it now? Did you go and get an agent or do you self-book? How does it work now for you?

Alexis Fawx: I have an agent. I came in having an agent.

Big D: Was it difficult or was it easy to just fall right back into it?

Alexis Fawx: I was nervous. I think anybody would be normally nervous but honestly, I just came back and I just did it. I just went for it. Man, I don't really sit around thinking about shit too long. I think when people do that, they can't make a decision. For instance, I woke up from a nap and I said, "Oh I'm going to Mexico." So I booked an airline and I leave Thursday. It's not like a big deal. People just make decisions. I've thought about it enough. I'm ready to go back. I was in Puerto Rico and Peru. I was thinking, "Ok, I'm doing this. Let's go for it. Fuck it."

Big D: So you're definitely a spontaneous person?

Alexis Fawx: Yeah, I would say I'm kind of a free spirit. I like spontaneity. I like adventures. I do a lot of shit on my own. I am literally going to Mexico on Thursday. Myself and a book. I'm not packing. I'm just going. Anything I need, I'll buy. Fuck it.

Big D: That is like the definition of spontaneity.

Alexis Fawx: Seriously? What do I need? I'm going to take my book bag. I'm going to have flip flops, a bikini, the clothes I wear on the plane. I've rented a house. I have everything I need and I'll go to the market. Plus I have my own pool. I don't really need much. If I need something, why not buy it and support the locals?

Big D: That's got to be the purest definition of freedom or a free spirit. Just pick up and go somewhere and travel light and not give a fuck.

Alexis Fawx: Yeah that's kind of how I am.

Big D: What's your relationship status right now? Is it difficult to date and be in a relationship because of the work that you do?

Alexis Fawx: I never concern myself with relationships or having one or anything like that. I think too many people are too concerned about, "Oh my God! You're alone or I can't be alone" or whatever that bullshit is. I am so content with myself that if I just spend my time with you, it's because I feel that you're an addition to my life. If I feel at any moment in time that you are a negativity, I excuse you. You will never be a part of my life again. I don't think about it. I'm happy. I don't need a relationship to be happy. I am so blessed and so grateful because I just look back at my life and I realize I am so happy. If I spend my time with you it's because you are important to me. It doesn't have to be defined or titled. I'm not gay. I'm not straight. I'm not bisexual. I love men and women so don't title me or put me in a corner. Don't put me in a pigeon hole or a box and put all of those things on me. That's just not me. Does that make sense?

Big D: Perfect sense. Speaking of that, you work with both men and women in your profession. Do you have a preference or is it just all good like you said?

Alexis Fawx: Yeah, I really don't have a preference. I could date a woman just as much as I could date a man. It doesn't bother me either way. I don't really look at someone's gender or race or whatever and decide I could date that person. If I vibe with you and we get along. that's what I want. I want to know that you're a good person. If I don't vibe with you, if we don't vibe or click in that way, man or woman, then we're just not going to date. (laughs) I don't really date that much anyway.

Big D: What about professionally? Do you have a preference men or women, or it's all good over there too?

Alexis Fawx: Professionally? I don't care. They could put me with a man, they could put me with a woman or they could put me with both. I love threesomes and I love it when I have both at my fingertips at one time. (laughs) I really want it all. I love being sexual. I love to watch. I can watch couples fuck. I'd be so happy. I love it. I love it all. Seriously. I don't care if I show up to set - I always know ahead of time if I'm working with a man or a woman, obviously. But it doesn't matter. Either way, it's going to be fun.

Big D: Do you have a particular genre or fetish that you like to shoot more? Go you prefer gangbangs vs. group or one on ones or is there anything out there that you prefer to shoot?

Alexis Fawx: I haven't had my first gangbang yet but I am looking forward to it. Eventually. One day. I love watching them. Oh God, I love watching gangbang. I don't really know. I just love fucking. I really do so I don't think there's a particular genre that's my favorite. I like it all. I have my All Girl exclusive contract with Mile High. I'll be shooting all my girl-girl content, my lesbian content, with Sweetheart Video, Lesbian Ex and Girls. That was just offered to me. I don't know if you are aware of that. That just happened in June so I'm really super excited. I'm really honored that I got offered the contract. I didn't expect it and I was like "what?! Really?! Me?" Holy shit that's awesome because I just I don't know. It's really cool. Then your peers and the people that hire you see you as a good performer - a great performer they want obviously to contract. I'm really excited. It's an exceptional company and I love all the sites and all the directors I get to work with so it's gong to be exciting. I still do boy-girl and all that but all my lesbian and girl-girl content will be with them.

Big D: When it comes to watching porn, do you watch porn even though you work in it and do you even watch your own stuff?

Alexis Fawx: I watch porn, yes. I watch porn and I do masturbate to porn. I love fucking porn. I love it. My taste in porn has probably gotten - sometimes I go back to vanilla and sometimes I go really super crazy hardcore like, "What the fuck am I really watching this kind of shit?" Sometimes I'm somewhere in the middle. Then if I do watch my own porn, it's more because I'm watching it to critique and see how I can do better. I'm not watching it to get off because I'm watching myself on how can I make this better.

Big D: You're not masturbating to your own porn. You're looking at it through a critical eye like you could've done that better or that was hot maybe I can try to duplicate that for another one.

Alexis Fawx: Yeah. I don't remember ever masturbating to my own porn. I get stuck on watching myself so I can be a better performer, I guess. I don't now. I've never really thought about it. You know what would be really hot is if I had a guy with me and he wanted to watch my porn with me and fuck me while we were watching it. Then it would be really fucking hot. Then I would watch and be really into because then he's excited watching me. That would be exciting.

Big D: We most recently interviewed Cherie Deville and we interviewed Kendra Lust a few years ago. Cherie was mentioning that there's a close relationship between the MILF performers in the industry. You all work together and you have this common camaraderie. Is that really true that you the ladies of the MILF genre tend to be friends on and off set?

Alexis Fawx: I would say so. Most of us. I love Cherie. God she's such a great woman.

Big D: Why do you think that? Is it because it seems like the younger gals, the fresh off the bus types...

Alexis Fawx: It is obvious we're MILF performers and we're probably over our twenties or later twenties. We probably have some life experience under our belts. I don't have children but some MILFs do. They are real MILFs and it's just the genre. Every MILF that I've had the pleasure of working with or have met whether on set or out has been an absolute pleasure, super nice and always willing to give advice. I've probably had the most interaction with Cherie. Mindy Main. I recently worked with her and she's great. I think most MILFs that are in the industry really really love sex and we really, really get into it. So when we get the opportunity to work with each other, it's like "Yeah!" (laughs) It's experience that comes along with being a MILF I guess. There's a lot of nice women in our industry.

Big D: Do you have any favorites that when you know that you're going to be working with this one, whether it be male or female, that you're really excited?Maybe bcause you had a good experience with them in past and you know it's going to be a good day when you're paired with them?

Alexis Fawx: Of course. I can honestly say I typically have a really, really great day on set with everyone I get to work with. Over time, after you work with somebody several times and you might have lunch or whatever, you will develop a friendship. Or you will develop a colleague or work relationship as normal people do. That's what people do. Go to work whether it's in an office or restaurant. When you work with someone day in and day out over a period of time, friendships develop. It's just that's part of life or at least I would hope so. This is really cool too because now that I moved from Miami to Vegas, now I get to actually - for instance - I think Cherie came in to Vegas. I said to her that if our schedules match up you can stay at my house. Maybe we can grab lunch or dinner, whatever works out with our schedules. That's fun for me because now I can actually hang out with my peers - hang out with more of my colleagues that I find are just amazing people that I'm happy to be friends with. Where as in Miami, it didn't really allow for that because I come in bang out two weeks worth of scenes or whatever or three or four and before you know it, I'm back on a plane to go back to Miami. Plus there's a lot of talent that lives in Vegas and a lot of talent that lives in LA. A lot more talent lives in LA. It has allowed for friendships to to develop you know?

Big D: Is there a breaking in period that if you ever have to work with a gal that's younger, that's not as experienced and hasn't been around the industry all that long, do you feel like you have to show her the ropes? Or is it just they have to figure this out on their own?

Alexis Fawx: I don't know if there's a code of ethics or anything but you know I'm always willing to help anybody. I work with a lot of young girls. Some young girls are brand new and they haven't been told anything or they just don't know. I'm always ready to help if anybody has a question or if I see something. I always try to make the other talent feel comfortable regardless if they've been in forever or if they've just started today. I always try to project the positive and I'm always going to help out somebody. If their ears are open and they're willing to listen, I'm willing to help.

Big D: You mentioned earlier that you know you've never done a gangbang but you like watching them in your own home. You've also said that you're interested in doing anal but you just haven't yet. Is there something that you've been still working towards but you're just not ready yet or the opportunity hasn't presented itself?

Alexis Fawx: I'm in really no hurry. It's not like I'm hurting for work and I don't want to wait until I'm hurting for work either. That's not the point. But when the time is right, I'm going to do it. I kind of get irritated when people put so much pressure on it. I mean, it's my asshole. It's my asshole and I'm not a big anal queen. I'm just not. I've enjoyed it in my private life. I haven't had it forever. I will need to practice. (laughs) Just because I've had it in my private life - on camera stuff is different than what you're doing at your house. It can be a lot different and I'll do it when I'm ready to do it. It's that simple.

Big D: But here's no real time table?

Alexis Fawx: No. I'll do it when I feel like it. I want to do it and I'll do it eventually but it's not something I'm going to be doing consistently. Like I said, I'm not an anal queen. I'm just not. I do like it but I like my pussy fucked.

Big D: And who can blame you for that?

Alexis Fawx: I think that's why I'm looking forward to DP more so than I'm looking forward to Anal. I've heard such great things about it (laughs).

Big D: I know you were in the Air Force right out of high school, is that correct?

Alexis Fawx: Yes. A few months after high school.

Big D: Before that, what would you consider your first job?

Alexis Fawx: I've been working since I was 14. My first job was at an ice cream parlor.

Big D: What was the first concert you ever went to?

Alexis Fawx: I don't remember. I was really super super young but I think after that it was Jane's Addiction maybe at the 930 Club in D.C. I was underage and I snuck in. I don't really remember. It was kind of a blur. I was a wild child when I was younger so, not with alcohol, but I was just a wild child.

Big D: What was your first car?

Alexis Fawx: A Dodge Colt

Big D: What music are you listening to right now? What's on your playlist?

Alexis Fawx: I listen to Glass Animals, Trickery, Rock n' Roll. I love AC/DC, Led Zeppelin and I like rap. I listen to everything but country to be honest. I don't like country at all. I find that dreadfully boring and leaves me feeling like ugh.

Big D: What would you consider to be your favorite food?

Alexis Fawx: I love curry and tacos.

Big D: On or off camera, or both, favorite position?

Alexis Fawx: Depends on the dick and my mood. Not all dicks are created equal. Some curve to the left. Some curve to the right. Some curve up. Not all positions are comfortable with those dicks and all vaginas are different to. Sometimes maybe I want to ride and sometimes I don't. It just depends on what feels good. What's going on that night. I don't like to limit myself.

Big D: Speaking of something that's going on that night, if you had a free evening and somebody calls you up and says ‘hey I want to take you to the movies' and the other person says ‘hey lets go to a ball game', what would you chose?

Alexis Fawx: Well it would depend on the sporting event. If it's baseball, that's dreadfully boring or really long so I would probably go to the movies. Football possibly. I like English football so I'd definitely go to a soccer game. It just depends on the sporting event or what movie am I going to.

Big D: Speaking of movies, what is a favorite mainstream movie of yours?

Alexis Fawx: A Clockwork Orange

Big D: What is a modern convenience that you cannot live without?

Alexis Fawx: Isn't everybody's the cellphone?

Big D: You would be surprised at how many people don't. That is a quite popular one. A lot of porn stars go with one that's really obvious like indoor plumbing, running water and toilets and showers and things of that nature.

Alexis Fawx: Yeah, I guess I took that for granted.

Big D: Where is a favorite vacation spot of yours?

Alexis Fawx: Costa Rica and Peru

Big D: Who is a person, living or dead, that you would like to meet that you have not had the chance to meet yet?

Alexis Fawx: I tend not to idolize to many people so I don't know um Terrence McKenna.

Big D: Where is a place that you would like to visit but you have not had the chance to go yet?

Alexis Fawx: There's a lot of places because travel is a passion of mine. I have my own bucket list which I'm tossing up. I think I might go to Bali and hike Mount Batur in December. That's one plan. There's so many places. I want to see the world. Any place I haven't been There are a lot of places. I went to South Africa but I only went to Johannesburg. I didn't make it over to Capetown. I want to go there. I want to go to Victoria Falls and swim in the Devil's Pool. I want to see the world. I want to go to Japan. I want to go to the Philippines. I want to go to New Zealand and hike for weeks at a time. I want to just be in a backpack. I want to go to India and lose myself for awhile. Tailand. Live there for a year, who knows? There's a lot of places so my answer would be the whole world.
