How are Adult DVD movies sent to me?All adult DVDs are delivered in plain white packaging. Members on the Preferred rental program receive their DVDs via first class mail with no shipping costs. Those that are buying new or used adult DVDs or renting titles for seven days have many shipping options including First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Ground. Charges will vary between the delivery methods you choose. Please note that some areas for Express Mail are two day delivery. For more information on Express Mail, please contact the USPS at 800-ASK-USPS. They may ask for the origin zip code (92799) and your zip code. Also, FedEx only delivers on weekdays. If you order an overnight package on Friday it will arrive on the next business day. We're sorry, but we do not offer FedEx Saturday delivery.

Contact customerservice@xrentdvd.com if you would like us to consider adding your country to our approved shipping destinations. Keep in mind that these requests are considered on a case by case basis.
In order to reduce the weight and size associated with shipping adult DVDs internationally, X Rent DVD offers you the option to omit the plastic DVD case from your order. During the checkout process international customers can choose to have their new or used adult DVDs shipped with or without the plastic cases. These shipping options are only available on international orders.
I don't want adult DVDs delivered to my home. Can I have them sent to a different address?Yes. You can designate an alternate shipping address when registering for an account.
What sort of mailing envelope do you use? Will my letter carrier know that I'm renting adult DVD movies?Your selections are sent in a plain white envelope for all weekly rentals. Larger orders are shipped in plain brown boxes. The return address on the left-hand corner shows the company as "24-7 Internet, Inc.". There is no indication of what you're ordering or what is inside. Click HERE to see our discreet packaging.
I see that you have a free shipping option, but I'm still being charged shipping on my DVD rental order. Why?There are two possible reasons. XRentDVD offers free shipping on purchases of three or more new or used DVDs. Weekly DVD rentals are not included in this program. The other possibility is that you have selected to have your order split so that some items will ship as soon as possible while the remainder of your order ships later. This may cause the free shipping option to not be available.
I want to see the back covers of the adult movies. Where are they? Do you have a larger image?First, you must be logged into the system in order to view back covers and large images. To sign in please click the "Login" link in the top right-hand corner of the page. After selecting a DVD title, run your mouse cursor over the graphic. The back cover will toggle with the front cover as you move the cursor over the graphic. To view a larger image, click on the graphic and a popup with a larger graphic should appear. If it does not, make sure that you do not have a 'pop-up stopper' program activated. You may also drag the edges of the popup to enlarge the graphic even more. The larger graphic will take a little time to show for those with slower connections (i.e. dial-up modems).
Do you take requests for what to carry in terms of adult DVD movies, genres or performers?Yes. Please email your requests to: Requests. X Rent DVD will accept adult DVD movie requests but we make no guarantee that we will carry it. Naturally, if we receive a lot of requests for more anal titles or a particular actress (Tera Patrick, being a popular choice at X Rent DVD), then by all means we'll make an attempt to try and get those adult DVD titles.
Are adult DVD movie purchases used or brand-new?All DVD movies that are purchased, with the exception of the Rent2Own, Keep-It and Used programs, have never been viewed. They are shrink wrapped and in the original packaging as we received it from the studio.
Do you rent or sell original adult DVDs or are they copies on DVD-R?All of our DVDs are the original disks from the studio. We will not rent or sell copies of highly questionable origin and quality.
What if I bought a new or used adult DVD but I decided I don't want it?Unfortunately, X Rent DVD does not accept returns on opened new adult DVDs or used adult DVDs. Unopened new adult DVDs can be returned, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Of course, defective adult DVDs can be exchanged for a working copy within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return an adult DVD for any reason please contact Customer Service ahead of time to obtain an RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers will not be accepted and will be returned to sender unopened.
I want to be notified via email of all new adult DVD movie titles that arrive. How do I do this?Click on "Advanced Search" in the top left hand corner of the page. Put a check in the "Only show items added to the website in the last [1] days" Any titles that appear were added in the past 24 hours. How long has X Rent DVD been in business? We opened for business in July of 1998. We started with a small inventory of 155 titles from mostly Vivid, VCA, Metro, and Digital Playground. Most other studios weren't quite ready to jump on the DVD bandwagon just yet. Over the years we have grown to an inventory of over 25,000 titles from over 300 adult studios.
What credit cards do you accept?Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
I don't want to use my credit card to purchase or rent adult DVDs. Can I still buy or rent from X Rent DVD?
Yes. Although a valid credit card is the easiest and most convenient form of payment, X Rent DVD does accept money orders, cashiers checks and online bill payments as an alternative to credit cards. (X Rent DVD advises you to never send cash through the mail) No matter what form of payment you choose to use, please register for and validate a free account first.
Instructions for Online Bill Pay:
You will find this alternative to using your credit card fast and convenient. Many banks do not charge their customers for paying bills using the online bill pay option and if they do, it is a very small fee compared to the expense and inconvenience of leaving your home to get a money order. When adding 24-7 Internet, Inc. as a new payee to your online bill pay, please use your customer number for your account number. If you do not know your customer number, either use your email address, or contact Customer Service to obtain your customer number. Also, including your email address in the memo section will help ensure your payment is credited to the correct account at X Rent DVD. You will still need to provide proof you are 18 years of age or older before you place your first order. You may fax or email the verification materials to our customer service department at (714) 437-1488. Please use the address listed below when filling out your bill pay information. Sorry, personal checks will not be accepted. We can only accept payments mailed directly from your bank.
Instructions for Money Orders and Cashiers Checks:

A photo copy of a state issued driver's license, government ID or passport is acceptable. Make sure your ID includes your name and address that you intend to use for your account. We suggest sending your money order via registered mail to verify it has been received. X Rent DVD assumes no responsibility for money orders that are lost in the mail. Once your money order, cashiers check or online bill pay check is received by X Rent DVD customer service, your account will be credited with the appropriate dollar amount and we will notify you via email. Once the store credit has been applied to your account, you may use it to buy adult DVDs through the XRentDVD.com website. If you choose to rent (as opposed to buying) adult DVDs using store credit, you must have a valid credit card on file in case you incur any late fees or additional charges. Keep in mind that the balance of your order must not exceed your total store credit. If your transaction total exceeds your store credit, you will be asked to provide a credit card.
Are you sure that you don't resell my very highly top secret private confidential information to a mailing list?Yes...we're very sure that we do NOT give out your very highly top secret private confidential information to a mailing list. We may occasionally send out an email with special offers and sales but this email will be for X Rent DVD services only. There will be no other third party involvement to ensure the privacy of our customers.
I need to update my email address and/or change my password. Where do I do this? You first need to login and then click on "My Account" in the top right-hand corner. Click on "Account Maintenance" on the bottom of the page. Please reenter your password again to verify security. After you reenter your password, click on "Email Address" or "Password", whichever is applicable. When changing your email address, you will have to verify this change via an email by clicking a link that will be sent to the new email you have chosen. You must click on the link in the email and re-confirm your login information to finalize your email change.
I want to rent a title but the "Rent" button appears gray. Why can't I click on it?When a button appears gray this means all the copies of that DVD are currently out of our facility and other customers are viewing them. If this is the case, please check back soon because titles are returned daily and made available soon as they are checked back into our inventory. Once we receive a DVD back at our facility our website will reflect that it is now available. If you would like to be notified when this title has been returned simply click on "add to wishlist" underneath the gray rent button. In your wish list, please select the box to receive an email when this DVD becomes available to rent. Keep in mind this does not reserve the copy for you. It only alerts you to when the DVD has been received back to our facility.
I only want to rent adult DVDs on a weekly basis. Do I have to pay a monthly fee?No. The only program we have that has a recurring monthly fee is X Rent DVD Preferred. Customers can choose to rent DVDs weekly or buy new or used adult DVDs without incurring any monthly charges.
Does shipping time to me count against my one week DVD rental? No. We anticipate an appropriate amount of shipping time (depending on the shipping method you choose) in addition to your one week rental period. Example: Let's say that you rent on the 1st of the month and we ship it out that same day. We assume that you will not receive it in your hands for 3 days via USPS First Class Mail (You might be located in New York City and XRentDVD is located in California). The 'clock' will not begin until the 4th of the month and due to be mailed back on the 11th. Please have the return mailer postmarked by the U.S. Post Office by the specified mail back date.
What if I keep my adult DVD movies over one week? Is there a late fee?Yes. Late charges are billed by the week or any portion thereof at the weekly rental rate for the overdue DVD. This will continue until the total rental charges equal the selling price of the DVD. After this occurs it's yours to keep. Those people intending to keep a rental DVD title should use our Rent2Own Keep-It program to receive the best possible price and to avoid late fees. The return date is defined by the date of the USPS postmark as it appears on the return envelope. Those utilizing the Preferred rental program have no late fees.
What is the maximum number of adult DVDs for a weekly rental order?Due to limitations of our weekly adult rental packaging, you can rent 10 DVDs per rental order. You can include any number of new and used adult DVD purchases with your rentals.
How do I report a delayed or missing order? You can report delayed or missing orders on the Shipping Problem page. The system will automatically make the necessary adjustments to your account.
What if one of my adult rental DVDs is damaged or will not play properly? You can report these problems on the Problem Rental Title page. The system will automatically issue a free adult rental coupon for the problem disc and you can view it on a future order. Please report these problems prior to returning your order so that we catch them on the way in and the DVD does not go out to another customer unnoticed. If we received the DVD back from you without any mention you had problems with it, we assume the DVD worked well and your experience was a good one.
I live outside the United States. Can I rent adult DVDs from XRentDVD?No. Unfortunately because all of our rental programs including X Rent DVD Preferred and our weekly rentals are returned via the U.S. Postal Service we can not extend this service to customers living outside the United States. International customers may still purchase new or used adult DVDs from X Rent DVD provided their country is on our approved list.
Why do some adult titles say "(2-disc)" next to the name on My Queue? These adult movie titles are multiple DVD rentals. They will count as two DVD in your Preferred program even though they are the same title. This is because there are multiple DVDs included in the shipment. Please keep the DVDs together and return them in the same envelope.
How do I report a delayed or missing item? You can report delayed or missing items on the Shipping Problem page. The system will automatically make the necessary adjustments to your account.
What if one of my Preferred DVDs is damaged or will not play properly? You can report problematic titles on the Problem Rental Title page. The system will automatically schedule a replacement DVD shipment if you are still interested in that title. Please report these problems prior to returning the title so that they do not go out to another customer.
I would like to cancel my XRentDVD Preferred plan. How do I do this?
Here is a quote from our Terms and Conditions that covers this:
| As noted above, you may cancel your subscription to 24-7 Internet Inc. at anytime. To cancel, click the "My Account" link and follow the instructions under the heading "Account Maintenance, Change Your XRentDVD Preferred Plan, Cancel My XRentDVD Preferred Plan." Why don't certain features of your website work in AOL?Some customers accessing XRentDVD.com from within with AOL's web browser may encounter abnormal website behavior. These issues are not exclusive to our website and are due to compatibility issues with the AOL web browser not experienced with other popular industry standard browsers available today. To resolve these issues, we highly recommend opening a separate web browser window while connected to the AOL service. Opening a separate browser window such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer does not effect your internet connection to AOL and will ensure proper functionality while visiting XRentDVD.com.
